This Privacy Policy explains how Clip2Fit (“Clip2Fit”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Clip2Fit mobile application and the clip2fit.app website (together, the “Service”). If you have any questions, contact us at support@clip2fit.app.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address and authentication details when you create an account with email and password, or through Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.
• Profile and fitness information. Information you choose to provide during onboarding and while using the app: name, demographic details (such as age, sex, height, and weight), training goals, experience level, and any injuries or physical limitations you report so workouts can be adapted for you.
• Workout data. Workouts you import or create, exercise logs, sets, reps, weights, personal records, schedules, and training statistics.
• Content you submit. Links to publicly available workout videos (for example from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube) that you ask Clip2Fit to convert into structured workout plans.
• Purchase information. Your subscription status and purchase history, processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment card details.
• Technical information. Basic device information such as time zone and app version, used to operate the Service. Clip2Fit contains no advertising and no cross-app tracking SDKs.

How we use your information

• To provide the Service: converting videos into workout plans, logging workouts, and tracking progress.
• To personalize your experience, including AI-generated workout adaptations based on your profile, goals, and reported limitations.
• To manage your subscription and enforce free-tier limits.
• To respond to support requests and keep the Service secure and reliable.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

AI processing

When you submit a video link, we retrieve the publicly available video content and process it with automated transcription and language-model services to produce a structured workout plan. Your profile information (such as goals and reported injuries) may be included in AI requests to personalize results. We do not use your data to train our own machine-learning models.

Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel — application and website hosting.
• Trigger.dev — background job processing for video conversion.
• OpenAI — transcription and workout-plan generation.
• Apify — retrieval of publicly available video content you submit.
• RevenueCat — subscription management.
• Apple — payment processing for subscriptions.

These providers may process data in the United States or the European Union and act under their own data processing agreements.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete Account), which permanently deletes your account and associated personal data from our systems. You can also request deletion by emailing support@clip2fit.app.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@clip2fit.app. If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted, and authentication is handled by established providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard practices.

Children

Clip2Fit is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change.
