Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Clip2Fit mobile application and the clip2fit.app website (together, the “Service”), operated by Clip2Fit (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

The Service

Clip2Fit converts publicly available workout videos into structured, trackable workout plans and provides workout logging, scheduling, statistics, and AI-assisted personalization. The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login secure.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete Account).

Free tier and subscriptions

The free tier includes unlimited manually created workouts and a limited number of video imports. Clip2Fit Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) that unlocks unlimited video imports and premium features such as Smart Coach.

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancellation. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device’s App Store subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it expires.
• Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled under Apple’s terms via reportaproblem.apple.com.

Third-party content

Clip2Fit processes video links you submit. You are responsible for only submitting links to content you may lawfully access, and for complying with the terms of the platform hosting it. Converted workout plans are for your personal use; we claim no ownership of the underlying videos, and Clip2Fit is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, or attempt to disrupt or overload it.
• Do not attempt to bypass subscription limits, reverse engineer the app, or access other users’ data.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or content generated by it.

Your content and our rights

Your workout data belongs to you. You grant us the license needed to store and process it in order to operate the Service. The Clip2Fit app, brand, and design are our property and are protected by intellectual property law.

Health disclaimer

AI-generated workout plans are not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting, especially if you have a pre-existing injury or health condition. Physical exercise carries inherent risks. You use the Service and perform any workouts at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your limits.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors — always use your own judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury resulting from exercise, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
